How to read this page

Every entry links to its original source and states when it was observed. Growth appears only where two comparable observations of the same entity exist; a large number on a single observation is popularity, not measured change. A channel with no permitted observation is reported as unavailable rather than as an empty list, because “we cannot see there” and “nothing is happening there” are different statements.
